Throughout Molly’s clinical career, she has developed a passion for working with adolescents and families, providing evidence-based, trauma-informed, and holistic interventions. Her specialties include identity development, depression, anxiety, and relational issues.

It is central to Molly’s practice to establish therapeutic relationships based on mutual respect, vulnerability, and collaboration that build on an individual’s inherent strengths to overcome challenges. She strives to create an inclusive, anti-oppressive space where clients of all cultural backgrounds, races, sexual orientations, and gender identities feel deeply seen and valued. Molly utilizes a collaborative approach in order to find the right fit of interventions from evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), alongside relational, healing-centered, and somatic approaches to meet each individual’s diverse needs.

Molly lives in Pacifica, CA with her husband. In her free time, she enjoys surfing and being by or in the ocean as much as possible.
